Adaptable and flavorful variety with great dormancy in storage. Firm, crunchy, and balanced sweet, carroty flavor. At 7–9", slightly longer and broader than Bolero allowing for higher yield potential. Slower to tip fill than Bolero. At full maturity, roots are straight and smooth. Aggressive tall tops can compete with weeds and combat foliar diseases such as Alternaria dauci. USDA Certified Organic.
