An early, improved Artisan type with excellent flavor. Beautiful 15–20 gm. red- and yellow-striped fruit. Compact plant habit, high yields, and less cracking than others of its type, even when removing the calyx. Bred by Emily Haga at Johnny’s in collaboration with the late Fred Hempel. Indeterminate. USDA Certified Organic.
