Striking addition to fresh and dried arrangements. Stems are not as long or strong as our other gomphrena varieties but still suitable for cut flowers, and the unique, luminescent color combination makes Bicolor Rose a worthwhile choice to grow. Also known as globe amaranth and common globe amaranth. Ht. 16-20". Avg. 10,000 seeds/oz. Packet: 50 seeds.
DAYS TO GERMINATION: 5-14 days at 70-78°F (21-26°C).
SOWING: Transplant (recommended): Sow 6-8 weeks before last frost. Keep soil surface moist. Transplant to cell packs or larger containers about 3 weeks after sowing. Transplant outside after danger of frost has passed. Direct seeding is not recommended.

SOIL REQUIREMENTS: Any soil with good drainage.
PLANT SPACING: 6-8". No pinching or support is necessary.
