New! Tall, sturdy stems for cut flowers.
Our substitute for Giant Orange marigold which is temporarily out of stock. The sturdy plants produce abundant, fully double 2 1/2–4" blooms excellent for cut flowers and garden beds. Very comparable performance to Giant Orange with respect to flowering time, bloom color, and bloom quality. Dark orange uniform flowers are also useful for marigold garlands.
- Edible Flowers: Use the flowers to dress up salads and desserts or cooked in egg or rice dishes. Flavor is floral with hints of citrus and spice, and slightly bitter. Remove the petals from the flower base before consuming as the base can be quite bitter.
